Lock 29 Hill Challenge
Thursday at 6:30 pm
We will start with Initiation Hill - sort of a rite of passage for all of us - followed by 3 more hills, with the last one being the toughest. We will end up at the top of Initiation Hill where you can go down, touch the gate, and go back up again so you can get 5 hills in 5 miles.
Can you run all 5 without walking? Save energy between hills and keep a fast cadence/short stride on the up hills. If you can't make it, it's all good – hike up! All paces welcome.
