Towpath Trail in Tremont
Family Group Starts this Saturday, May 8th,
at 1 pm at Tremont Side Yard in partnership with our Jefferson and South Branches of Cleveland Public Library

We challenge you to get out on the Towpath Trail in Tremont! If you participate in 5 different activities by the end of September, we will reward you with a free incentive. (A gift card to a Tremont business of your choice.)

Towpath Trail in Tremont programming is a partnership with Tremont West Development Corporation and the Ohio & Erie Canalway National Heritage Area with additional support from Cleveland-Cliffs.
St. August Announces Rainbow Camp for Children ages 5 through 13
St. Augustine Church is excited to announce that we are planning for another fun-filled summer camp season for 2021. Augustine Rainbow Camp is a 5-week day camp for children with and without disabilities between the ages of 5 and 13. Camp will run from June 28, 2021 thru July 30, 2021. Camper applications will be available on the parish website, www.StAugustineCleveland.org, or in the parish office, 2486 W. 14th.  
RiverSweep - Must Pre-Register
Saturday, May 8, 2021, 9 am-12 noon

Be part of RiverSweep, Canalway Partners’ annual clean-up of the Cuyahoga River Valley. Volunteers will be given a cool RiverSweep themed t-shirt in addition to clean-up supplies. COVID safety protocols will be followed and registration is required.

Near West Recreation
We are looking for a few more volunteer head and assistant coaches for our upcoming baseball and softball season. Commitment level can range from 3-5 hours a week. Near West Recreation provides coaches with coaching resources, equipment, and team uniforms.

Divisions:
15u Baseball (ages 13-15)
12u/15u Softball (ages 10-12 & 13-15)
Practice and play games weeknights.

12u Minor Baseball (ages 10-12)
Coach Pitch (ages 7-9)
Tee-ball (ages 4-6)
Practice weeknights and play games on Saturday.

Covid-19 vaccinations are here! A team of Tremont residents and professionals have volunteered to help those eligible secure your vaccine appointments around the area. Current eligibility is detailed at coronavirus.ohio.gov/vaccine. This confidential service is for anyone living, working, worshipping, or having a friend or relative in Tremont.

What You’ll Need to Provide:
Name, Phone number, Email (yours or someone you know), Date of Birth, and how many minutes you’re willing to travel to a vaccine site (or if you need a ride to your appointment)

Did you know that CareSource
can provide transportation for members’ appointments with participating providers through transportation vendors? Members can also get rides to Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) appointments and redetermination meetings at the County Department of Medicaid.
Each member can receive up to 15 rides to and from appointments (30 one-way trips) per 12-month period.

COVID 19 Vaccination Information
From the Cleveland Department of Public Health: Supply is limited; it will take a number of weeks to vaccinate eligible residents. Cleveland residents that are age-eligible may join the Cleveland Department of Public Health’s waitlist. Contact our call center, 216.664.2222, Monday - Friday, 9a to 5p. Those that meet the criteria will be notified and provided a link and phone number to schedule an appointment when doses become available.

Case Western Reserve University and the City of Cleveland are partnering to provide COVID-19 vaccines to eligible individuals in the Cleveland community. Case Western Reserve University’s Veale Convocation, Recreation and Athletic Center at 2138 Adelbert Road.
