This is a call to Masters Swim Coaches who are available to brainstorm together on Monday, January 11, 7:00-8:00 p.m.
Let's work interactively to select educational topics to build up coaches throughout 2021 in our LMSC.
Typical themes Masters Swim Coaches want to know about are:
- how to write workouts
- how to teach technique
- how to motivate swimmers
Shall we cover these areas above, or are there other topics you feel strongly about that we should consider? Let me know.

Whoever wants to participate may attend, but they must be a coach or a coach-in-training. There is a good possibility that you may be asked to do some form of coach-related service this year.
