NAR Introduces Implicit Bias Training for REALTORS®
Implicit or unconscious bias operates outside of the person's awareness and can directly contradict a person's espoused beliefs and values. To learn more about how implicit bias can affect your business, as well as your personal relationships – we invite you to view this exceptional video. NAR has provided this video - offering strategies to override bias, convey respect, ensure fairness and improve business relationships, and as a precursor to a more in-depth training curriculum being developed for real estate brokers to deliver to their agents.
