AP Late Registration-Closes February 26th at noon!
For students interested in taking an AP test this spring, College Board will be accepting Late AP registrations from February 8th - February 26th.

Step 1- Register: Contact Mrs. Strange at jstrange@lwsd.org to let her know you have decided to take your AP exam/s. She will give you an AP join code at that time (if you haven't already joined).

Step 2- Payment: Once you have emailed Mrs. Strange to confirm testing, you will be directed to Mrs. Guinasso for payment options. AP exams are $96 + an additional $50 late payment fee. If you need financial assistance, please don't hesitate to let us know! All payments and financial aid requests must be completed by Friday, Feb 26 at Noon.
AP Test Dates
LWSD is working closely with College Board in deciding which administration date/s students will be taking their AP exams and in what format. While there is no final decision made yet, we should know by the first week of March what that will look like and will inform students and families with more information as soon as it is available. Thank you for your patience in the matter!

SAAFT (
Strong African American Families- Teen Program)- is a program primarily for families of African American students entering high school that combines individual youth skills building, parenting skills training, and family interaction training. Incentive Crave Box flyer

Junior Parent Meeting- Parents of Juniors, please save the date for Wednesday, March 3rd at 7pm. Join the EHS Counseling Team via Teams to hear about post high school planning information and Junior Meetings beginning with students the month of March. Junior Meetings are an important time for students to meet with their Counselor, discuss future plans and get prepared for their upcoming senior year and beyond!

ASVAB Test Offered at Eastlake
Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at 9:00 am Check-In
Eastlake High School will host the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) Test Administration on the Eastlake campus with COVID safety protocols for interested seniors. The ASVAB can be used for career exploration, enlistment and/or to meet
graduation pathway requirements in the Lake Washington School District without any military obligation. Interested seniors should
sign-up by March 10th.

Dr. Etchison specializes in community mental health, children’s hospital, juvenile detention, family treatment court and psychiatric prison) and Beth Salaguinto (Senior Consultant in Organization Psychology at Instar Performance). The T-Mobile Foundation, T-Mobile and Ashoka, are teaming to kick off the third Changemaker Challenge. This nationwide opportunity gives young leaders the chance to take their ideas on how to create more connected, sustainable and inclusive communities and make them a reality. Scholarship Spotlight
Inglewood Middle School PTSA Alumni Scholarship, Deadline April 16, 2021 at 1 pm
The IMS PTSA has made a significant investment in the seniors of our community by expanding their alumni scholarship program to three $1,500 Alumni Scholarships this year. Criteria includes extra-curricular and community service activities, character references, essay response, and academic diligence and motivation (2.5+ GPA).
