As part of our Distance Learning plan, remote learning interactions may be recorded and posted on the portal for review later. As the parent/legal guardian of the below-identified student(s) (the "Student(s)"), I consent to the recording of any online or remote learning interactions between the School, any of its employees, and the Student unless I opt out HERE by Friday, April 3, 2020.
