Thank you to our volunteers, staff, and partners. The 2021 Point In Time Count was successful because of your dedication, generosity, and participation. The Point In Time Count is a vital tool to help us continue our work to end homelessness in the Chattahoochee Valley. We couldn't do it without your help. Forty volunteers participated, covering the Muscogee/Russell County area.

The Home for Good team is comparing the list of those surveyed during this year's Point In Time Count with those enrolled in Coordinated Entry. They will follow up with those who are not active in Coordinated Entry with the goal of enrollment, referral to housing programs, and an end to their homelessness.

Thank you for making a real and significant difference in the lives of our community members.
