From HGTV.com
Step 1: Place a Mason jar in the center of a square clear glass vase. Add layers of jelly beans inside the vase (outside the jar) by color. We chose pink as the bottom layer, yellow in the middle and green on the top. Tip: Even out your layers using the end of a paintbrush
Step 2: Insert Peeps (three at a time) on top of the jelly bean layers around the whole vase. We used the same color Peeps all around.
Step 3: Insert flowers in the Mason jar.

Late Spring to Early Summer Garden Tips
|
|
|
Just as warm sunshine begins to approach, give your garden the boost it needs for seasonal beauty.
Keep Watering
As temperatures start to rise, it’s important to keep plants well watered, especially those that have just been planted out. As plants become established and develop bigger and more effective root systems, they will need watering less frequently. Established plants only need a good soaking in dry conditions if they show signs of wilting.
Move Pots Outside
Any tender or exotic plants, such as citrus trees, that you have brought indoors over winter can now be moved back into the garden after a gradual acclimatization to outdoor temperatures (the shock of a sudden change can cause leaves to drop).

FAQs about Watering Rules
& Tips for Your Lawn
|
|
WATER EFFICIENTLY
When we are not in drought restrictions (stages 1 through 4), under Year-Round rules you are allowed to water your landscape with a sprinkler before 11 a.m. and after 7 p.m. every day. Watering by hand-held hose or with a 5-gallon bucket is allowed any time. However, water waste is prohibited at all times.
