Parents are invited to Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament tomorrow, Wednesday, October 13. in the All Saints Chapel, starting after Mass until 2:30 p.m. All are welcome to join us, please stop by the front office to get a visitor badge.

Our third graders will lead the student body in praying the Living Rosary at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, October 15. Even though will not have all-school Mass this Friday, students should wear their full dress uniforms for this special StJPII tradition. While we would love to all of our families join us, due to space constraints we can only accommodate the third grade parents. We look forward to seeing everyone when we resume Mass next week.

Hi Please join us in welcoming Lauren Gerland to the Development Department. She will be responsible for school marketing, communications, events, and is looking forward to working with volunteers. She is excited to meet our saints family and is thankful to be part of our community. Lauren is a graduate of Louisiana State University and has worked in both education and communications for the past 10 years. Lauren has three wonderful children who are the loves of her life and keep her busy outside of work.

If you have any outstanding fees (Library, BASP, ECI, Athletics, etc.) not paid then student first quarter report cards will not be released until your account is cleared. Please double-check your student's folders and your inbox for any notices. If you have any questions, please contact the Front Office. 

Monday, October 25 is Parent/Teacher conference day. This is not a regular school day; students will report to school during the parent/teacher meeting time. Conference sign ups will be sent to parents tomorrow Wednesday, October 13th. Elementary sign ups will close at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 20th.  Middle school conference sign ups will close on October 18th to leave time to coordinate schedules. The Teachers will be sending out their respective links. 

Due to the manufacturers supply shortages, our white, gray, and burgundy polo’s have been backordered. At this time, we have not received an exact date of delivery. We will keep you updated as we receive updates. If you are in immediate need of polos, please contact Jessica Ande at jande@jp2.org to receive a used polo.

We will have an Open House for prospective families on Tuesday morning, October 19. Our StJPII community grows stronger every year thanks to your referrals! "Word of mouth" is our very best advertising, so please share the good news and invite your friends who might be interested in StJPII to RSVP for the Open House on our website. (Current family re-enrollment for next year takes place after Christmas break.) If you know of a family who might like to learn more about StJPII, you may also contact admissions@jp2.org.

Trunk or Treat is coming back! Join the StJPII community for our annual Trunk-or-Treat festivities in the StJPII parking lot on Friday evening, October 29 from 6:00-8:00 p.m.! Kids and parents are encouraged to dress in costume for safe trick-or-treating, games, and photos. Your participation is key to help make this event a success...without trunks, there are no treats! We are looking forward to celebrating Grandparents & Special Friends Day the Friday before Thanksgiving, the morning of November 19. Invitations will be mailed next week so please tell Grandparents and Special Friends to be on the lookout.

Join us for a good old fashioned house party next Saturday night October 23! Sport your alumni (or your favorite team) colors as we watch some football and relive our college days! During the evening there will be a cocktail tasting and the guests of this party will get to choose the signature drink served at this year's Gala! This is an adults only event so be sure to leave the kiddos at home for this one! Tickets are $75 for you and a guest, so bring a friend or your spouse and join us!

Our Scholastic Book Fair will be October 26 through November 1. This will be held in the school library. The dates of the fair will not include Grandparents Day in consideration of covid and social distancing for the large numbers of guests for that day. Ewallets, checks, cash, Mastercard and Visa are all suitable payments for items in this fair! All Treats & No Tricks! Our Halloween Skate Party & Costume Contest is back! Join us on Thursday, October 21st from 3:30 - 6:30 p.m. at Dairy Ashford Roller Rink. Costume contest with prizes, sweet treats & fun await your witches, ghosts & superheroes!

The PTO is currently looking for a team of parents to help maintain the school's community garden.  We need parents to help with Fall planting and removing weeds. This is a great way to volunteer if you only have a few hours to spare. Please contact Nicole Lambert at PTO@jp2.org if you are interested.

GHCAA Middle School Athletics

Strake Jesuit Head Basketball Coach, Dominic Amorosa, will host a 3v3 mini league for StJPII 7th & 8th grade boys to be held at Jesuit on the dates below. It is free, just make sure you sign up by clicking the button below.

Strake Jesuit Head Basketball Coach, Dominic Amorosa, will host Basketball skill sessions for 4^th and 5^th graders at StJPII on the following Thursday nights at 6:30pm:
