The Lord’s Cupboard Food - Pantry Garden 2022
You can help the garden grow!
The Pantry Garden has been planted and we are looking forward to our third year of gardening for The Lord's Cupboard Food Pantry. The heat and drought of 2021 made watering a never ending task and we are grateful to gifts toward an automated watering system! We are ready to begin the 2022 season.
Volunteers weed and care for the gardens on Tuesday and/or Thursday mornings, 8:30-11:30. You volunteer as your schedule allows. Remember, all the garden beds are
raised so no bending or crawling around!!
Volunteers meet at Schatz Truck Stop, 1712 20th Ave. SE in Minot in the East parking lot, and will car-pool and/or caravan to the gardens located North of Velva. Bring your favorite tool/s as there is a limited amount available at the Gardens.
You can volunteer/sign up for gardening by typing this web address (http://bit.ly/pantrygardenminot) or text/call 701-721-0839 and leave a message.
Thank you for your willing spirits as we enjoy the gardens, the wide open prairie, and fellowship while providing for those in our community who need our help.
