Reminder - Reinscription of Personal Databases - New registration system

Please be reminded that pursuant to Resolution 132/2018 passed by the Agency for Access to Public Information, the registration, modification and deregistration of personal databases of a private, state and non-state public nature should be processed exclusively through the platform Trámites a Distancia (TAD), for which a tax code level 2 of the AFIP is needed, or Gestión Documental Electrónica (GDE). These registration procedures are free of charge.

Pursuant to the foregoing, the responsible for private databases which are already registered within the Register of Databases of the National Directorate for the Protection of Personal Data must re-enrolled through the methodology established by the aforementioned Resolution before October 31, 2019. For those responsible for databases of a state and non-state public nature, there is time to re-enroll until February 28, 2019.

Once the necessary information has been completed through the TAD or GDE system and the process is confirmed, an e-mail will be received with the registration code. This code will be required to carry out any further procedures and for the re-inscription process that entails uploading the required information, similar to the one required pursuant to the old registration system.
