It's Family Fun Friday!!!

The weekend is almost here.  You can soon put away your school work and get ready to spend some extra time with your family.  Check out some of these Fun Family Activities!!

  1. Are you up for a 30 Day Lego Challenge?  Check out this cool Lego Calendar.  Which day was is your favorite?  Feel free to send me pictures of your masterpieces.
  2. Do you have a camera (cell phone cameras work best).  Go around your house or yard and take a  picture of an item (shhh don't let anyone see what you're taking a picture of). When you are done, zoom in on the picture.  Then have a contest to see who can guess what the item is.  If no one guesses, you can zoom out a little to make it easier.  Be creative, but don't make it too hard.  Give everyone in the family a chance to take pictures.  Good luck!!
  3. In one of my first emails we talked about making a fort with blankets and pillows.  This next activity can be done at night (or a room you can make dark).  All you need is a flashlight and your hands.  Make Shadow Puppets.
  4. One of my favorite things to do is cook!  I have so many memories as a little girl cooking with my parents, as well as my grandmother.  With lots of time on my hands right now, I've been doing a lot of cooking with my family.  Here are some fun Kid Recipes you can make.  If you have any favorite recipes, please share them with me.
  5. Here is a fun activity Ms. Melissa from Kids Club shared with me.  Puffy Sidewalk Chalk.
And for your parents- You are not alone!!!  The best thing you can do is make sure you take care of your self, both physically and mentally.  Here is an article about Self Care In The Time of Coronavirus.

Have a Fabulous Friday and a great weekend!!!

Keep letting me know what you are doing to stay busy!  I love getting all of your emails!!

I miss all of you!

Ms. Suzanne
