RICHLAND, WA - MARCH 25, 2020 - The Port of Benton has expanded its list of facilities closed to the public to include all non-essential Port owned/operated locations. Facilities closed to the public include:

·         Port of Benton Administrative Office
·         Prosser Airport Public Restroom Facilities
·         Prosser Wine and Food Park Public Restroom Facilities
·         Crow Butte day use, camp area and boat launch

Port Executive Director Diahann Howard, PPM® would like the public to know, "In an effort to maintain the safety and welfare of our staff and the public we are immediately closing all non-essential facilities to the public. While Port Operations are an essential public service we are doing our best to limit exposure where necessary and possible with minimal impact to continued operations. We thank the public for their understanding, and will continue to post updates as operations change in response to Coronavirus."
