Members of Presbyterian Women's Martha Circle gathered for their lesson and lunch on January 7th at the home of Alice Walker.
MLK Holiday Observance
Sunday, January 19 at 3:00pm
The Newton County Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday Observance will take place at 3:00pm on Sunday, January 19 in the Newton High School Auditorium with guest speaker Dr. Khalia Williams.

In honor of MLK day, the church office will be closed on Monday, January 20.
Souper Bowl of Caring and Annual Meeting
February 2, 2020
We will hold our Annual Congregational Meeting, including lunch, on Sunday, February 2 immediately following worship.

In conjunction with the meeting, the youth will be collecting donations as part of Souper Bowl of Caring, which will support our local Community Food Pantry.

We need volunteers to bring a pot of soup to share.

Family Promise
February 16-23, 2020
This is our third week of hosting for this mission, and we want to offer hospitality with excellence this week! Doug Bolton will be our lead coordinator and Susan Boteler will be assisting. Jay Lanners will be coordinating all meals. Grab a friend and sign up!  

Food Pantry
Donations for the month of January
The Food Pantry is now open on Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00-12:00. Donations of any non-perishable food items are welcome.

Suggestions donations for January: soups, chili, chicken and dumplings, spaghetti sauce
