September 30, 2021
Blessings to Our Wonderful Community Members,
You may have heard that three cases of Covid were confirmed following Bishop Kae’s consecration; the person with symptoms tested negative. Although, the consecration gathering as cause of infection has not been confirmed, caution and concern remain. We know you will determine how you are best served on Sunday, October 3. Mass will be in sanctuary as well as zoom, as we have been doing.
Here is the letter from Fr. Michael that was distributed to those on the Eventbrite contact list. It advises us to observe the recommendations through October 2nd.
If you come to church, precautions remain the same: masks, six feet apart, hand sanitizer. Additional air filtration has been added down near the altar. The back of the church is already well ventilated.
Yours in Christ, Co-Pastors with Dr. David Cloyd

301 Faith Partners Announcements
|

Beginning Spanish Classes
301 Faith Partners is offering a beginning Spanish group with an informal, conversational approach to learning Spanish. This group meets on Thursdays at 1:30 in the Sun Room, for the next 6 weeks. Those who are more proficient already are invited to come, brush up on their Spanish, and help the rest of us. Margaret Wick will be the teacher for the group, and we hope to have several Spanish speaking as first language folks participating with us at times during this eight week series. Deacon Katie Kline will also be assisting some with the group.
|
|
If you are interested, please email Linn Zink, lczink@gmail.com. If you are interested but this time doesn't work for you, please let her know - we hope to have another series in the spring and will vary the times for the group depending on interest and scheduling concerns.

Help define who we are becoming as the 301 Faith Partners
As we, the 301 Faith Partners, organize to live into our vision and mission, we understand it is not just about the needs today. It is important to look to the future. Where do we want to be in 10 years? How do we boldly consider possibilities and address challenges to create a vibrant, spirit-led church? How do we weave a tapestry that makes a difference in the world?
The 301 Faith Partners believes we are truly 'better together'. We need three individuals to represent Mary of Magdala on this commissioned group to develop a 10 year plan.
If you have questions and/or interested in servicing, please reach out to the 301 Faith Partners Cooperation Committee via email at marymagdalafc@gmail.com.
We do need your participation in building our future church.
