After the recently released Director's Stay at Home Order , the Tipp City Public Library has come to the difficult decision that as of 6 p.m. on Monday, March 23, 2020, curbside services will no longer be offered to patrons, until further notice. This decision is based on the Director of the Ohio Department of Health, Amy Acton, MD, MPH, and her recent statement to "make special orders...for preventing the spread of contagious or infections diseases." Our library continues to adjust our normal way of performing day-to-day activities and provided limited in-house services for the short time that we did, but we are not considered essential, and must do what is best for our staff and community. If you have any items on hold, please pick them up at our rear entrance by 6 p.m. Monday, March 23, 2020.

While curbside services are no longer available, we will continue to receive returns through our front and rear book drops, including other library's items that are included in our Serving Every Ohioan (SEO) consortium. And remember, our library is fine free, so you will not be penalized for returning library materials that may be late during this time.

Even though our curbside services will discontinue, our library still offers Hoopla , Libby by Overdrive, Ancestry.com and much more. For our latest news and upcoming live streams, which includes children's story times, follow us on Facebook. Our website also offers information in our Latest News section, along with a Newsletter Archive .

Our library now offers online library card applications - click here for the application. Upon review of the application, new library cards will be sent via U.S. mail and a notification will be sent to your email once the library card has been sent.

The library will not be answering phone calls after 6 p.m. on Monday, March 23; however, if you have any questions, we will respond to emails sent to info@tippcitylibrary.org . As always, we will continue to adjust our services, as needed, to serve our community.
