Erik is committed to helping all people live in homes that are safe - comfortable - accessible. His $100M+ career in residential and commercial building spans over 50 years. Recognized as one of the 2019 Top 50 Influencers in the kitchen and bath industry, he is honored to hold (and teach) nine national credentials (CLIPP™, LIPA™, HATS™, CAPS, CAASH, CGR, CGP, CLR, LDST) and numerous project and leadership awards. Erik is the consummate and entertaining public speaker (over 2,000 events), educator, author and organizer, He has taught professional courses for over two decades and for several industry associations. He is the former Executive Director of the Denver Habitat for Humanity and hosted and produced his own 125-episode talk radio show. Now, as co-founder of the Living in Place Institute, he shares his knowledge and passion, his boundless energy, and his leadership skills to the forefront of industry and consumer awareness through advanced education.
