1. Vit C up to 10,000mg a day. If you get loose bowels or cramping back off, take a break and restart after a day, going up to just below the "bowel tolerance" level.
2. Vit D up to 10,000 IU a day
3. HOCL sprayed on face, in throat several times a day.
4. Propolis tincture, several times a day.
5.  CV-1 from Fortify Health (Chinese Skullcap, Isatis, Licorice)
6. C V-2 (Sparganium, Celandine, Lomatium)
Andrographis
7. Zinc lozenges, try for 30 mg a day
8. Andrographis (see bottle directions), tincture or tabs/capsules listed on Wellevate.

1. Shoes off at door or outside and wash clothes as soon as possible. Take a shower. Wipe door knobs.
2. Vital Oxide disinfectant on surfaces a few times a day.
3. Use Ever Clear from liquor store as disinfectant. 
4. Use HOCL in nebulizer and/or fogger. Fog each room 15 minutes a day.
5. Use p ropolis in a diffuser
