Regional Parks are open dawn to dusk and hours shift seasonally. Summer hours (6 a.m. to 11 p.m.) are in effect for all Regional Parks starting June 1 until August 31.

Slow and say hello
For the enjoyment of all, please keep trail etiquette in mind while on multi-use trails. Keep to right and be sure to leave room for others to pass. Cyclists should slow down and use a bell or voice to announce their approach. Whether you're travelling on foot or bike, why not say hello to all? You might just meet a new friend or have a chat that makes your day!

Turtle tips for anglers
As of 2018, all eight species of freshwater turtles in Canada are listed as Species at Risk. Freshwater turtles face many threats, including accidental hooking by anglers. If the fishing line is simply cut, the hook remains in the turtle and could make feeding difficult or result in fatality. To learn what to do if you hook a turtle visit: HelpTheTurtles.ca.
