Dear ,
You may have read my email early today, regarding vaccinations requirements for guests.
I missed an important exemption clause.
"PART 4 ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND EXCEPTIONS FOR SPECIFIC PREMISES
21 Accommodation premises
The obligations in Part 2 do not apply to an accommodation premises."
Thus for guests who are utilising the accommodation as part of their stay, the requirement for vaccinations does not apply.
However, for guests who are day visitors, they would need to demonstrate their vaccination status, as they are not using your facility for accommodation, but rather as a meeting and/or dining facility.
I apologise for the confusion the previous email would have caused.
Blessings
Graeme
