From the President:
Dear Fellow NH RDH's,
Happy National Dental Hygiene Month. I hope this Autumn season has been good to you. This is a beautiful time of year and one of my favorites. How have you celebrated National Dental Hygiene Month? Have you created any traditions to share in your office or personal life? One of my favorite ways to celebrate with my children is making my son's birthday goody bags and adding toothbrushes to them. It is a fun reminder for my children and a good conversation for other parents to initiate with their children when they go home. I love the ripple effect of sharing something simple with others.
We at NHDHA are gearing up for our Infection Control course Wednesday, November 9th at Delta Dental in Concord. We are excited to bring you quality CE's and help you fulfill all of your requirements. We continue to find the best programs available and have some wonderful opportunities for 2017. Be sure to stay tuned for those announcements and upcoming events.
Membership continues to be an important part of our mission in New Hampshire. We enjoy partnering with and working for the good of all of our hygienists both in our great state as well as nationally. If you are not yet a member or have questions please feel free to reach out to me or any of our talented board members. We would be happy to take some time out to help you get involved and begin personally influencing the trajectory of your dental hygiene profession. We welcome your many talents in bringing us #UPWARD. As always you are welcome to join us for council or board meetings and can find our schedule on our website.
We look forward to seeing you at all of our upcoming events. Thank you for being a part of our dental hygiene family.
Kind Regards,
Jaime Murphy, RDH
NHDHA President and CE Chair
