Introduction to Balanced Resilience for Care Partners

November is recognized as "National Caregiver Month" and the UCSF Neuro-Oncology Gordon Murray Caregiver Program invites you to join us for a 3-part interactive webinar series on resilience & sustainable caregiving. Sessions are offered remotely via Zoom and will include a short break. You may choose to attend one or all sessions based on interest and availability.

Judy Long is a professional interfaith chaplain at UCSF who provides palliative and supportive care with a deep commitment to care for caregivers. As a chaplain and educator, Judy offers balanced resilience training in evidence-based practices that can help to make caregiving sustainable and reduce burnout.
