PYCO Fall 2020
Hybrid Semester Information

Please read the information below
and confirm your participation using the link.
Deadline to respond is Tuesday, September 1, 2020.
Thank you all for your patience as we have worked to create the safest environment to make music together!

The Fall 2020 Semester will take place in a HYBRID Format.
Due to the current restrictions in Allegheny County, there is a 25 person limit for indoor gatherings. Therefore, we have created a HYBRID program for the Fall 2020 semester. Students will be separated into Group A or Group B to limit the amount of students in one location. (More groups may be added if deemed necessary.)

While Group A rehearses in person, Group B will be attending virtually at home via live stream. The following week, we will switch: Group B in person, Group A virtual.

What group will I be in? Once we have gathered your information from the Participation Confirmation Google Form, we will separate each ensemble into their respective groups. You will be notified via email. Live stream links will be sent ahead of the Sunday rehearsal time.

COVID-19 Health and Safety Protocol for PYCO Fall 2020
We are constantly monitoring the COVID-19 situation and are doing our best to create the safest environment to make music together.
This includes: reduced rehearsal time, reduced student capacity, social distancing, sanitation between ensemble rehearsals, air circulation between ensemble rehearsals, face masks at all times, and shields between brass and woodwind students. Please review our Health and Safety Protocol HERE.

Information about tuition for Fall 2020 can be found on our website HERE.

We are still accepting applications for the Fall 2020 Semester. All students who wish to remain in the same ensemble are welcome to return without audition. Any student who would like to join a different ensemble must fill out an application and audition for that ensemble. Click here to fill out an application.

Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. We hope to see you September 13th!

Best Regards,
