For the past several weeks we've been inviting you to join the Visioning discussion. This Sunday at 9:30 and 11:30, you will have the opportunity to interact with our Visioning Task Forces. Each Task Force will be set-up either in the Lobby or room 120/121, and they are prepared to take you behind the scenes into their visioning work and answer your questions. This is your opportunity to let your voice be heard. We want and need your input.

Together we are living out the Word and healing ministry of Jesus.

Most of you have caught a glimpse of our Visioning Initiative and the plan God has for our existing facility and the 30+ acres behind our building. We've made communication a priority and now it's time to hear from you.

I'm hoping most of you were able to join us either online or in-person for Worship last week when my friend Indy Dehal presented the current conceptual plan. Indy, the lead architect on the project, shared renderings of what the undeveloped land behind Redeemer might look like as we lean on God's wisdom and make decisions in alignment with Redeemer's mission and vision.

This week, I'm personally inviting you to come back because we're missing one critical link in the Visioning process. Specifically, we need your participation.

Through our current sermon series, we've talked about partnership in the community. Last week you saw the plan. This week we are asking for your participation.

We sincerely want your candid feedback... whether it is a strong 'thumbs-up' with words of encouragement, or a 'thumbs-down' with specific concerns. We are on this journey together as a Redeemer family and I firmly believe God speaks through the fellowship of believers.
