COVID-19 Update

Marquette to Enforce Non-Essential Activity Policy Effective March 13th
Field Trips, Athletics, Theatre Performances Suspended Indefinitely Beginning Friday
Marquette Catholic High School is taking an abundance of caution and reasonable preparation in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. With student health and safety at the forefront of our concern, we are enforcing a non-essential activity policy effective the morning of Friday, March 13th.

Per the policy, any activity deemed not absolutely necessary that requires people to enter Marquette Catholic High School or requires students, faculty, staff, or coaches to leave campus and travel to a designated location for an event are suspended indefinitely. This includes, but is not limited to, field trips, athletic competitions and practices, theatre performances, guest speakers, and any other activity that administration deems necessary for the safety of students and staff. Our entire school campus will not be available for use to any outside parties at this time.

As of this writing, An Evening of Rhythm & Blues scheduled for Saturday evening at Blue Chip Casino will proceed as planned. We will, however, continue to closely monitor this situation and make further decisions as more information comes to light.

We remain in constant contact with county and state health officials to ensure a healthy and safe environment for all stakeholders.
