TSA Provides Safety Tips for Traveling
The Transportation Security Administration has provided a new set of safety tips. These include carrying hand sanitizer, and a reminder that face masks are permitted at security checkpoints. TSA has also implemented procedures to increase social distancing and reduce direct contact between our employees and the traveling public whenever possible – all without compromising security. Adjustments include metering passengers to increase distance between individuals as they enter the security checkpoint queue, placing visual reminders of appropriate spacing on checkpoint floors and staggering the use of lanes in the security checkpoint where feasible.

National, Enterprise Extend Elite Status Into 2022

National Car Rental's Emerald Club and Enterprise Rent-A-Car's Enterprise Plus loyalty programs each are extending elite status for members by a year. Status that was to expire on Feb. 28, 2021, now will expire on Feb. 28, 2022. In addition, both programs are rolling over qualifying rentals and rental days beyond those a traveler needs to reach status level to next year.
