Havdalah Playspace - CANCELED

In an abundance of caution, we have decided to cancel this Saturday’s Havdalah Prayspace, previously scheduled for 2:30-5:30 p.m. Temple Israel is still hosting a viewing of Frozen 2 on Saturday afternoon which you are welcome to attend.
Water as an Instrument for Peace - CANCELED

In light of the coronavirus, Friends of the Arava Institute has decided to postpone this planned town hall, previously scheduled for March 29.

MUSEUM EXHIBIT
The next time you are in the building, please stop by the Wyner Museum, located to the right of our lobby area, to experience an exhibition, developed by Temple Israel congregants Pam Goodman and Harriet Greenfield, celebrating Cantor Einhorn's deeds of committed service over the last 37 years!
MEMORY BOX
We are making a memory box that will contain happy thoughts, memories, notes, and photos to present to Cantor Einhorn at the special celebration weekend in April. All paper submissions must fit in the 8x12” box, and our deadline is March 15. You can also drop off your submission at Temple Israel reception, care of Sue Misselbeck, or email Sue Misselbeck who will be able to format and print it for you!
POSTCARD PROJECT
The Cantor Einhorn Postcard Project will allow you to honor the Cantor by dedicating to do something to heal our planet. You can check out ways that you can help the planet here. If you’d like to participate, postcards will available at the Reception Desk until April 5. The completed cards will become part of an art exhibit in the Atrium for the Cantor’s weekend on April 24-25, after which they will be added to the Memory Box being assembled as part of his farewell gift.
