Hey, Grace’rs,

If you haven’t yet worshipped with your Grace family you can do so either on Facebook or YouTubeThis week we look at how Jesus restores our humanity.

I encourage you to leave comments on either site as you worship with us. We do read them and follow up when necessary. And please share the service with your online friends.

If you are new to FAITH5, here’s how it works.

Set aside 5-10 minutes at the end of the day and do the following by yourself, with those in your household, or even with family/friends online:

Share…1 high and 1 low from the day.

ReadMark 3:1-6

Again he entered the synagogue, and a man was there who had a withered hand. 2 They watched him to see whether he would cure him on the sabbath, so that they might accuse him. 3 And he said to the man who had the withered hand, “Come forward.” 4 Then he said to them, “Is it lawful to do good or to do harm on the sabbath, to save life or to kill?” But they were silent. 5 He looked around at them with anger; he was grieved at their hardness of heart and said to the man, “Stretch out your hand.” He stretched it out, and his hand was restored. 6 The Pharisees went out and immediately conspired with the Herodians against him, how to destroy him.

TalkWhy might this man have felt dehumanized? What makes you feel dehumanized? What don’t you like about yourself? What self-doubts do you have? How do we dehumanize others? How does Jesus dehumanize the man? How might he re-humanize you?

Pray…for each other. For our world. For our church. For our family and friends.

Bless…each other by making the sign of the cross on each other’s foreheads and say: The LORD Bless You and Keep You.

(FAITH6—Sleep well!)
