Rulmeca Hosts Welding Workshop and Attends Key Conferences
RULMECA SHARPENS SKILLS AND JOINS TECHNICAL ASSOCIATIONS
Welding Workshops
Cape Fear Community College provided on-site TIG welding training to increase the skill level of Rulmeca Corp's production staff at the Wilmington, NC facility. Training included one-on-one coaching of each technician and will be followed by additional training in the use of turn tables as well as MIG and stick welding later in June.
Rubber Roller Group
Rulmeca recently joined the Rubber Roller Group and attended the annual conference and expo in Tampa, FL as part of the company's continuous improvement in product knowledge, with special emphasis on rubber lagging, a standard feature on many of the company's Motorized Pulleys.
Aggregates Roundtable
Rulmeca Corporation recently sponsored and participated in the Pit & Quarry Roundtable in Atlanta, GA, joining aggregate producers and equipment manufacturers and dealers in networking, roundtable-style discussions, and education.
Special Thick-wall Shells
Two dozen special thick-wall Model 113LS Motorized Pulley shells are ready for assembly at the Wilmington facility. These pulleys are for a major steel products manufacturer. They will be used to help improve the efficiency of our customer's production operation.
