The AVNC is rolling out a pilot program that encourages involvement in Atwater Village by providing a simple and fun way for volunteers to make a significant impact in the community. Residents make a commitment to "adopt" an area within the Atwater Village area for at least one year through monthly clean-ups. In return, volunteers are recognized with an Adopt-A-Block sign bearing the Group / Individual's name that can be placed on the awarded block.

To ensure the health and safety of stakeholders during the COVID-19 pandemic, all Neighborhood Council elections will be vote-by-mail.
You can apply to receive a ballot by, completing a Vote-By-Mail application through Vote-By-Mail portal; completing and submitting a paper application; or sending an email or photo of your application (including any required documentation.)
Ballots can be mailed to the City Clerks office using the prepaid envelope provided in the ballot packet or taken to a ballot drop box location on Election Day. (location TBD)
Did you know that one of the ways the AVNC makes an impact in our community is by providing grants to non-profits? Because of Covid, the AVNC has spent far less of our budget than usual. If you know a deserving non-profit, have them apply for a grant today!
