Person Centered Planning

Learn about the game-changing process for Person-Centered Planning:

  • What is Person-Centered Planning (PCP)?
  • Why Person-Centered Planning (PCP)?
  • How does Person-Centered Planning (PCP) work?

One of the most crucial changes from the traditional model of Regional Center services to the NEW Self-Determination Program is the move to Person-Centered Planning (PCP). The PCP is a planning process that ideally benefits the 5 principles of Self-Determination.

  • Freedom – having a choice
  • Authority – being in control
  • Support – ability to arrange resources and personnel
  • Responsibility – giving back to the community
  • Confirmation – of your role in your own life
Workshop will be held on Zoom at no cost. You will receive the Zoom link in your registration confirmation email. Space is limited - Please Register!
