TOLL TAG INFO DEADLINE EXTENDED

As we are still awaiting activation scheduling by the vendor and the installation of a few electrical components we have extended the Toll Tag registration deadline to June 19th, 2022. Please do not send the office an email with your Toll Tag information. You will need to input it using the online form.

Brief video tutorials can be found below on how to both register as a member on the HackberryCreek.com website and how to register your Toll Tags. Registering for the website takes less than 2 minutes and registering a Toll Tag just 5 minutes or less.
4TH OF JULY VOLUNTEERS STILL NEEDED!

YOUR VISITORS, CONTRACTORS & GUESTS
In order to expedite the entry of your visitors, contractors and guests all residents should be using the GateKey app to pre-authorize entry. When residents fail to pre-authorize visitors, this slows down traffic flow in the visitor lanes at the gates because the gate attendants are forced to call the resident to inquire and authorize the guest, contractor, or visitor. The GateKey app has a notify feature built-in so if you pre-authorize your visitor and select that option and you have the correct cell phone number on file you will receive a text message once your visitor checks in at the gate.
