Robert J. Welsh Scout Service Center Update (Munster, IN)

We are pleased to announce that the newly renovated Robert J. Welsh Scout Service Center in Munster, Indiana, will reopen on Tuesday, August 25!

The temporary Highland office and Scout Shop will close permanently at 4:30 pm on Wednesday, August 19.

Thank you for your patience as we've renovated the Munster office! We look forward to seeing you there again soon.

The Pathway to Adventure Council popcorn team, in conjunction with the Chicago Dogs minor league baseball club, would like to invite you to a PARTY!

Join us on August 23 to hear about our new vendor Pecatonica River Popcorn, taste the new product, see the prizes and incentives, and learn about all the different ways to sell. After you complete the popcorn trainings, there will be time for a game of catch on the field, then take a seat and enjoy the game! We hope to see you there!

13th Annual Sporting Clays Classic

The Boy Scout Sporting Clays Classic is open to individual shooters, as well as teams of shooters.

All individual shooters will be placed on teams the day of the shoot. Teams will shoot 100 rounds of sporting clays at 12 stations.

Teams consist of four shooters.

Classifications are as follows:

MEN

LADIES

YOUTH*

*Youth MUST be 12 or older and accompanied by a participating

parent/guardian. No drop offs.

All participants will receive a gift, continental breakfast, and tailgate lunch.

Voyageur Trace District - Eagle Coach Training Seminar

Unit Eagle Coaches are adults who advise and counsel a Scouts BSA Life Scout through the process of planning, developing and executing their Eagle Scout Service Project. If you would like to become an Eagle Coach, please join us for our training session on Tuesday, August 25. This training is offered by the Voyageur Trace District Advancement Team for all district and Pathway to Adventure Council volunteers.
