Please join us for a viewing of the documentary Screenagers NEXT CHAPTER: Uncovering Skills for Stress Resilience. The film examines the science behind the emotional challenges of teenagers, the interplay of social media, and most importantly, what can be done in our schools and homes to help teens build crucial skills to navigate stress, anxiety, and depression in our digital age. The film even showcases t
he positive impact of Yale's RULER program, which is utilized by CSS as part of our social and emotional learning toolkit.
