2020 Budget Session
This Sunday, January 19 @ 4PM
McClain Room
Church on the Hill
In an Episcopal Church, the Vestry is responsible for all things financial, including the creation and passage of an annual budget.  This is funded largely through our Annual Campaign, which this year exceeded our pledge goal of $1.2 million. This balanced budget will be presented to Annual Meeting on Sunday, January 26.  The Vestry relies on the work of the Executive Finance Committee to help create it and then we give parishioners a chance to "dive into the weeds" of our planning by attending a line-by-line session. This is the parish's opportunity to help shape our financial priorities for the coming year.  Then, at our regularly scheduled Vestry meeting on January 27, we vote on its passage.  This Sunday at 4PM, all parishioners are invited to see exactly how we plan to share our generous pledges with the world for the sake of the Gospel.

Youth Mission Trip

We are excited to announce our mission trip destination this summer is APPALACHIA. It is a region rich in beauty and culture, but suffering in rural poverty. We will help and learn from local Appalachians, while taking in the treasured mountainous terrain. Accommodations include air-conditioned dorms, a cafeteria, and outdoor and indoor common spaces. There will be four work days , during which we will complete a repair or rebuild project (Click here for daily schedule). On the drive down and during free time, we will explore with fun excursions. Dates: June 13-20, 2020. We hope you will join Megan Miller and Christopher Powell for what will be a meaningful and memorable journey.
