Message from Daniel Stella, Charitable Activities Chairman's Message
Senior Vice President, Bank of America Business Capital

This year was our second year hosting the Annual Summer Charity Classic at the Independence Brew Pub. Our event which was held on September 10, raised $10,300! Our beneficiary charities this year were CBAP (Consumer Bankruptcy Assistance Project), and CASA of Delaware County (Court Appointed Special Advocate). Both charities share the TMA's mission of Renewal. We are honored to be able to say that we helped make a difference in the activities of these two worthy charities.

This event could not have been successful without the support of the Charitable Activities Committee which includes myself, Ed Phillips, Rob Katz and David Cramer. In addition, this year we are pleased to welcome Stan Mastil and Neil Gupta.

More importantly is the support of all of the Individual Sponsors; Mitch Arden, Paul Boston, John DePledge, Michael Goodman, David Fraimow, Jeffrey Hampton, Barry Karen, Barry Kleban, Jane Mitnick, Stacey, Jaime & Andrew Katzl, Joe Mintz, Robyn Pollack, Ed Phillips, Gary Scharmett, Randy Siegele, Dan Stella, Marc Felger, Larry Kotler, Nina Fairchild, Rich Infantino, Steve Logue, Rob Katz, Mike Moore.

And the following, which were Corporate Sponsors of the Event:

50 Words LLC                                                 LBC Credit Partners

Beane Associates Inc.                                      PNC Business Credit

Bank of America Business Capital                      Saul Ewing LLP

David Cramer & Christine Wiita                         SSG Capital Advisors LLC

EisnerAmper                                                   Stradley Ronan
                                                                     Stevens & Young LLP

Gavin Solmonese LLC                                       Tiger Group

Next year, we will be developing further our Volunteering Project which will be spearheaded by David Cramer. This will allow a path for our members to become more fully engaged in the community by volunteering their skills and time on worthwhile strategic projects that make a difference for non profits around the community. We look forward to sharing the details in the near future.
In the News Message from Edward Phillips,
Partner, EisnerAmper

For the past three years approximately 20 consultants have worked in Center City while the remainder of EisnerAmper's Philadelphia-area practice was housed in Jenkintown.  On November 16, more than 130 EisnerAmper personnel relocated to Center City Philadelphia where they joined those already in Center City in EisnerAmper's new 42,000 square foot Center City location at One Logan Square.

We had numerous factors that motivated our move into Philadelphia.  The firm needs to be in the center of the region to better serve its geographically diverse client base with all of our resources housed in one central location.  In order to attract the talent necessary to continue to grow in the Philadelphia region, we have to be accessible to the entire region.  A growing number of our younger staff already live in the city and our move not only cuts their commute time, but makes us a more attractive long-term employment.

We are, also, pleased to welcome longtime chapter members Mike DuFrayne, Rob Katz and Wayne Weitz.
