Easter Offering for North American Missions
It is estimated that 275 million people in North America do not have a personal relationship with Christ. Each year, we collect an offering at Easter to support North American Missionaries who work to share the gospel with those who have yet to believe. Our goal this year is to raise $12,000 to invest in this mission. To date, the amount given has surpassed our goal: $12,825.

Secret Church 21
On Friday, April 23, 2021, we will join with tens of thousands of people around the world for intense study in God's Word and prayer for the persecuted church as we participate in Secret Church 21.

This year's theme is: The Great Imbalance
Go and make disciples of all nations. A clear command and monumental charge from Jesus. Yet what if, despite our best intentions and sincerest efforts as the church to obey Jesus, we are actually ignoring what He said? At best, what if we have misunderstood Him? And what if much of our efforts are unknowingly keeping millions upon millions of people around the world from eternal life? Further, what if much of our efforts are keeping you and me from experiencing God’s purpose for our lives? Unlike any Secret Church we have ever done, Secret Church 21 is designed to be a ground-breaking journey through God’s Word and around the world that leads to a tectonic shift in the way you view your life, your family, and God’s design for the church. For your eyes will be open not only to a great imbalance that is affecting countless people for eternity, but also to the bold opportunity you have to change it with your time on this earth.

Secret Church will begin at 6:00pm on Friday, April 23, 2021 and conclude at midnight. To learn more and to sign up, visit www.libertypark.org/secret-church. The cost for the evening is $10 per person with a family maximum of $20.
Are You Facing Mountain-Sized Challenges?

In Zechariah 4, the prophet and priest, Zechariah, was suddenly awakened from a deep sleep. God gave him a vision to be delivered to the Jewish governor, Zerubbabel, who was faced with a seemingly insurmountable task: rebuilding a temple for God destroyed years earlier by the Babylonians. Through Zechariah, God spoke the words of encouragement Zerubbabel needed to hear to complete this task. God promised that by His Spirit the great challenge towering before Zerubbabel like “a great mountain” would be made as level as a “plain.”

We, too, encounter mountain-sized problems in our lives - from relationships, finances, jobs, health issues, disappointments, loneliness, grief; this list goes on. Regardless of the troubles we are facing we see from this vision that God wants us to know that the Holy Spirit will continually supply our needs.

God can make the mountain into a plain or else give us the strength and direction to climb over that mountain. When our challenges seem like mountains, we need to refocus our sight on God and our reliance on the Holy Spirit.
