Dear Early Learning Providers:
In an effort to lessen the burden on essential healthcare workers and first responders, we are offering child care services through our approved School Readiness Providers (based on availability). For those essential employees that qualify, we will reimburse the provider on their behalf. Once approved, we will assist families in locating providers in the community that have space available.
Please share the following information with the parents and caregivers in your community:
Services will be available for up to 90 days. There are no applicant income eligibility restrictions to participate in this program.
Eligibility for the program includes:
- Child(ren) are a US citizen or legal resident
- Family resides in Florida
- One or both parents are a first responder or health care worker
We are here to assist in navigating this process. Please encourage parents and caregivers to call our office at (772) 220-1220 and ask for Family Services for assistance with this process.
