What is your job title and what does the position entail?

I am the inside sales specialist that focuses on outbound lead generation and setting up appointments for the account managers. 

How long have you been at ACS?

I have been with ACS for 9 months. 

What do you like best about working at ACS?

I feel like I have a second family by working at ACS. Everyone was extremely welcoming from the first day I started here (including the dogs) and I love being in this loving environment. 

Can you tell us a little about your background and how it helps you in this position?

I’ve done inside and outside sales in multiple industries. I’ve dealt with customers in person and over the phone, have been trained on multiple CRM systems, and have improved my organizational skills over the years.

What are some key lessons you have taken from your career thus far?

You learn something new every day, even when you don’t realize it.

Describe some of your hobbies – what do you like to do outside of ACS?

I love trying new restaurants in Atlanta. I love traveling as well-I’ve got a travel bucket list :)

What is one thing people might find surprising about you?

I’ve taken a big interest in golf and I begin my golf lessons in April. 

Do you have any trips planned soon?

I will be going on a cruise to Mexico and Belize in October.
