Fall Fest starts with Trunk or Treat from 5-6pm on State Street from Washington to Jackson. Winner of the Hampshire Area Chamber of Commerce Scarecrow Contest will be announced and free hot dogs from the Lions Club will be available during Trunk or Treat. Then drive on down to the Coon Creek Site for an outdoor movie viewing of Hocus Pocus at dusk.
Enjoy a free mini pumpkin decorating kit to do at home! Participants will sign up per child for their kits and the library will contact you regarding what day & time you would like to pick up.
