Forrest E. J. Hill
has been Vice President of HSBC Bank in Woodland Hills, California since July 2019. Forrest is currently responsible for leading and managing the newly built HSBC Branch in Woodland Hills. HSBC Bank provides financial solutions to consumer and commercial clients in selected markets across the United States.
Forrest joined HSBC Bank in 2004 after a 13 year career with JP Morgan Chase. He has held senior positions in branch leadership, sales, area leadership, coaching and community involvement in both Greater New York City and Los Angeles regions.
In addition to his focus on a 28 year career in retail banking, Forrest is actively involved in assisting his community through his participation on nonprofit boards and community service with the Scarsdale Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Manhattan Chamber of Commerce, Junior Achievement, the Small Business Administration and City Year. Forrest has been recognized for his community involvement in both the Greater New York City and Los Angeles Metro Areas.
Forrest has been recognized with Leadership Awards from both JP Morgan Chase and HSBC Bank.
"I am very excited about the opportunity to be considered for a seat on the board of The Valley Economic Alliance (TVEA)," Forrest stated. "With my long career in the banking industry, I have always treasured any opportunity to give back to the community. Being on TVEA's board is one of the most impactful opportunities I could have asked for. My undergraduate degree is in Sociology so I tend to look at the greater impact of business in the community and society as a whole. I moved from New York to Los Angeles in 2014 and I have not had the opportunity to give back like I did in New York. Furthermore, I undertake my position of this importance as an individual to bring value to TVEA and the communities it serves, regardless of my career," he said.
