Cultivating a Home Yoga Practice
During Stressful Times

"A home yoga practice becomes our haven when we can’t make it to ICY. But our homes are no longer our sanctuaries, as they now contain the parts of us that we used to leave at the door. Our homes have become our places of business, our children’s schools, our gym, and our yoga sanctuary."

Read more on how to create a home practice.

ICY is open Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. We are offering at least one workshop every month to help you grow your practice.

As we continue to observe states, counties, cities, and towns navigate COVID-19, tactical considerations can change rapidly given the fluidity of the situation. Thus, we will continue to practice our flow, too, and remain OPEN for anyone who wants to practice yoga at ICY.

We will continue to add videos to MindBody. We added another Pranasana I and a Power Flow recently. Videos are FREE to those who purchased a membership, $6 if you have a 10-visit, and $10 for guests to view.

Please continue to come in as often as you can. It is one of the BEST things you can do for yourself - mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

Practice yoga at ICY and create a space for peace, kindness, and compassion as we as a nation practice navigating change with grace and remembering to pause before we act.

Jeanne & John
