A fun way for men and women to team up together. Team level combines the ratings of both the male and female partner. For example, on a 7.0 team, a 3.0 player may play with a 4.0 player. Partners may not be separated by more than 1.0 NTRP point (example: 8.0 team allows a 4.5 and 3.5 to play together, but a 5.0 and 3.0 may not play together). Each doubles line must include one man and one woman. The combined levels of each doubles pair cannot exceed the team level. Teams play 3 lines of doubles.

A fun way to team up with friends who play at different NTRP levels. A team match consists of three doubles matches - one doubles match played at each of the three different NTRP levels (for example 3.0,3.5,4.0). The same-level teams will play against one another with the highest NTRP level playing line #1 and the lowest NTRP level playing line #3. Players may play at their NTRP rated level or up 0.5, but not lower than their rated level.

Captain's Discount
Team captains are critical to the success of our local leagues, and to show our appreciation, we are offering a $10 Discount to the first captain to register on a team. The Captain Discount is limited to one captain per team. If you plan to co-captain with another player, please discuss who should get the discount and have that person register on Tennislink as captain FIRST. The discount is managed through Tennislink and we can not make corrections if it is applied to the wrong individual.
Want to play but need a team? Click the button below and fill out the "Player Looking for a Team" form. The local coordinator will share your information with teams in your area, or if there are enough players at your age/level, we will create a NEW players team.
