Access Level Review

A recommended practice to keep your system protected

As your organization's staff come and go, it's important to maintain the integrity of your account and the privacy of your volunteers' data by ensuring those that no longer require admin access in your system have their permissions updated.


A user's access level can be edited at any time, but we recommend at least once a year you review everyone who has access to your system and ensure their access levels are still accurate. To view a list of everyone with admin access to your system, click here. This is a great way to safeguard your system!
