Natasha is a partner in Deloitte’s financial services industry practice with over 20 years of experience providing auditing, accounting and advisory services, and is the Audit Leader of our National Family Office practice. She has specialized experience in all aspects of the Investment Management Industry with a particular emphasis on wealth management, family offices and advisory corporate entities, as well as a multitude of investment products, including hedge funds, credit funds, private equity funds, fund-of-funds, ETFs, registered investment companies and commodity pools. She works closely with her various clients including emerging managers and emerging growth companies as they navigate significant events such as initial public offerings, equity restructurings and leveraged buyouts. Natasha has extensive background auditing internal controls for public and private companies, including Sarbanes-Oxley reporting. Additionally, she completed a rotation in the National Office Audit group, leading projects related to financial instruments, alternative investments, and fair-value measurements. She serves as an engagement quality control review partner for several engagements and routinely supports Deloitte’s annual quality inspections.
Chaitali Patel

Chaitali is a highly reputable social impact, finance, and fintech executive. She is a leading expert in the sustainability sector; she founded Evergood, a sustainability and impact investing advisory firm, in 2017 to help investors and companies design their sustainability strategies and frameworks. She is also the founder and CEO of the National Institute for Sustainability and Innovation, a public-private partnership policy think tank based in Washington DC. Chaitali spent several years in the fintech sector as a go-to-market strategy expert; she led the B2B finance arm of Fundation Group, a New York-based financial technology firm as Head of Catalyst Solutions. During her banking tenure, she held various senior executive positions at major national financial institutions, including Bank of Hawaii, Zions Bancorp, PNC Bank, and HSBC Holdings. Her fifteen-plus years in the sector included extensive experience with business strategy, product management, bank operations, channel management, and financial reporting. She also served as a Chief External Affairs Officer overseeing revenue development and external public and private sector relations functions at one of the nation’s largest military family advocacy organizations based in Washington DC. Most recently, she served as a Chief Impact Officer leading impact investment strategy at 100 Women in Finance, a global association of women executives in asset management with 32 locations worldwide. Chaitali holds a BBA in Finance from the University of North Texas, an executive certificate in Financial Planning from Georgetown University, and an MBA from the University of Utah’s Eccles School of Business. As an ESG and impact investing entrepreneur and investor actively engaged in the academic community, she speaks and shares knowledge on business strategy, risk management, impact investing, sustainability metrics, and impact measurement best practices globally. She serves on the boards of commercial and social impact organizations globally, including the UK-based sustainability tech firm Maanch; STEM for Her, a nonprofit with the mission to advance women in STEM careers; a member of the board executive committee and investment committee at UI Advisors, a donor-advised fund (250M$ AUM+) based in Provo, Utah and the National Small Business Association. She is based in the Washington, DC area.

She serves as a lead client service partner for New York-based InsurTech startups, with overall responsibility for client service coordination and delivery, including advisory support related to market entry/business strategy, accounting, tax, risk and compliance, audit, initial public offering readiness support, and sell-side advisory services. Thalia has extensive experience providing accounting and financial reporting advice and transaction support to multinational and multilocation engagements of securities and exchange commission registrants and privately held companies.

Ms. Wiley is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Development Officer of 100 Women in Finance. She leads the internal operations and development functions for the organization and provides direction to 500 volunteer practitioners globally. The organization, which has registered members in 32 locations, is focused on empowering women in the finance industry and inspiring the next generation of pre-career young women. Prior to joining 100 Women in Finance, Ms. Wiley was the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Client Engagement for Morgan Stanley’s Private Markets Solutions Team, which manages over $16B in client assets in private equity portfolios for a wide range of global clients. Ms. Wiley’s multi-disciplinary investment management experience includes investor relations, business development, impact investing, product marketing, product strategy, product structuring, risk management, finance and accounting. Ms. Wiley is a Certified Public Accountant and holds the FINRA series 24, 7 and 63 designations. Ms. Wiley graduated from Villanova University in 1997, where she received a degree in Accountancy, with honors. She earned a Master of Arts in English Literature from the University of Pennsylvania in 2006, also with honors. Ms. Wiley lives in suburban Philadelphia with her husband and daughter and, in her spare time, is an amateur drummer and vocalist with the School of Rock.
