Rick has more than 30 years of experience in sales, land development and new construction. He has owned and operated independent real estate companies and franchised brokerages, and has personally closed well over 1,000 transactions. Harris is also a dynamic trainer and strategic facilitator for real estate businesses, associations and MLSs across the United States. He actively volunteers in REALTOR® leadership at the local, state and national levels, focusing on MLS issues, political advocacy, technology and emerging issues.

Brad was admitted to the Massachusetts bar in 1985 and served four years of active duty service with the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General Corps. Brad continued as a drilling reservist until 2003 after which he was an Assistant District Attorney, an associate in a small general practice and a sole practitioner specializing in real estate conveyancing in Central Massachusetts for 18 years. Brad was the owner/manager of a small brokerage for 20 years. Brad has been extremely active in RACM, MAR, WCR and NAR.
