Annual Auction: Save the Date & Registration

TODAY is the LAST DAY to RSVP for the In-Person Auction Kick-Off Party @ Oskar Blues. THIS Thursday, March 9 from 6-8pm.

Ticket prices have been reduced to $15 each. Come join us!
Enjoy a Thursday night out to mingle with other Flagstaff parents, view & bid on many of our amazing auction items, and enjoy some tasty apps. Drinks will be available for purchase at the bar.
Please note: you do not have to attend the in-person event to participate in the online auction.

Dragon Flight will be available from 5:45-8:15pm @ Flagstaff Academy.

You *must* be attending the in-person Cheers to Flagstaff Kick-Off Event to utilize Dragon Flight services for your children on March 9th.
Registration is required for students to participate in Dragon Flight care on this night.
Care is $12/student, up to three students per family. Sign your kiddo(s) up here.

Middle School: Dodgeball Night

The middle school students will take on the middle school teachers in a friendly game of dodgeball! Families are welcome to watch from the bleachers.

Time: 6:00pm - 7:30pm

Students need to fill out the permission slip to play. Snacks will be available to purchase.

Hospitality: Conference Dinners Fundraiser

Conferences are coming up - March 15 & 16. Let’s help feed our teachers while they are giving important student updates to parents. We’ll pick up all of the food and we will make sure your teacher does not go hungry!

Visit the Hospitality PTO webpage to donate. The deadline to donate is THIS Friday, March 10.

We will use all the funds raised to supply a very nice meal from a local restaurant, provide drinks and snacks/treats for our teachers and staff.

Why Volunteer?

Each year the school asks all families to complete a minimum of thirty (30) volunteer hours during the school year. While it may sound like a lot, it equates to only one hour per week. If you have not yet fulfilled your volunteer commitment for the year, please ensure you are registered in our volunteer portal so you receive notifications as volunteer needs are posted. Any time spent volunteering with the PTO count towards these hours! We post our volunteer requests in this portal too!

As the end of the year draws near, events seem to increase. Our need for volunteers also increases - for school activities as well as PTO activities. Please check out the volunteer needs list and help us out!
