Boys 5/6- CRAZY GVBL playoff action this weekend. In the boys 5th/6th grade division this was the fans reaction when Noah Gardner hit a 3 to tie the game with six seconds left in regulation to send it into OT. The Heat ended up winning the game and will square off against the Cavs for an epic winner-take-all-battle Monday night at the GVMS. Stop by, it'll surely be worth it!

Boys 3/4- And just like any great March Madness post season tournament we had heroics! In a Boys 3rd 4th elimination game the Knights rolled the ball down the court in a tied game in OT vs the Sooners. Brooks Aloi grabbed the ball and swished a nearly half court shot to propel the Knights to the next round at the buzzer.

Girls 7/8- Not to be outdone in the Girls GVBL playoffs, Kate Weikert of the Lynx overwhelmed the Stars, helping the Lynx to a 54-36 victory. This forced a decisive final game Wednesday at GVMS for the Girls 7/8 Championship!!!

Girls 3/4 - Late Sunday afternoon GVBL Girls 3rd/4th division playoffs had Grand Slam shaking with excitement! Unbelievable double OT thriller where multiple players from both the Wildcats and the Bulldogs knocked down foul shot after foul shot in OT. Amazing poise and focus at the division level by both teams, with the Wildcats eeking out the victory.

The 5th grade boys tournament team, the Raptors lost to Twin Valley (#2 seed) 33-23 in an ICBA playoff game this past weekend. The game was tied at halftime and the second half was a back-n-forth battle before Twin Valley pulled away late in the game. Trent Feiner led the team on the offensive end of the court. After a slow start to the season the Raptors finished the ICBA season on a 4-2 streak to make the playoffs. Good momentum heading into the spring tournament season after a great finish to ICBA winter.
