Black and African American first-time homebuyers can now pair FirstBank’s PATH grant program with CHFA’s down payment programs when using a CHFA mortgage loan to purchase a home.

In addition to CHFA funds, eligible applicants can receive $10,000 towards the up-front costs of buying a home.
