• The number of female CEOs in Fortune 500 companies has increased to 55 this year from 24 in 2018. This trend is likely to continue as eight business schools achieved gender parity in 2024 for full-time MBA students, up from one in 2020. 1
• The auto industry could be impacted by potential tariffs on Mexico and Canada. This year, 16% of vehicles sold in the U.S. (about 2.5 million) will be made in Mexico, and 7% will come from Canada. 2
